└── about-us

We're giving software a memory
so you can focus on what actually moves your company forward.

We didn't build QuarkMemory because we love documentation. We built it because we are frustrated with the constant loss of knowledge from the product life cycle, just like you.

The Origin Story

It started with a shared frustration. Late nights tracing a production bug back to a forgotten Slack message or a stale PRD that no one updated. We realized that asking engineers to write more documentation wasn't the cure—it was part of the disease.

We needed a system that doesn't just store files, but thinks alongside the codebase. We wanted to free engineers to focus on logic and building, not acting as archaeologists for past decisions.

Our Philosophy

Truth Over Documentation

What a system actually does is truth. What someone wrote about it six months ago is a liability. We track the truth.

Context is King

Code without the why is just syntax. What about intent, constraints, and the justification behind every decision? That's what we strive to preserve for our users.

Zero Friction Workflow

Engineers shouldn't have to become librarians. Memory capture must be invisible, integrating seamlessly into existing SDLC workflows.
